Return Time Frame: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery of the product.

Return Process: Customers can initiate a return by raising a return request directly from our website. Once the return request is submitted, they will receive a return shipping label and instructions for returning the package.

Damages and Issues: Customers are encouraged to inspect items upon receipt and report any defects, damages, or wrong items immediately for resolution.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene conditions, we are unable to accept returns for items such as lingerie, undergarments, socks, and other intimate apparel.

Exchanges: The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and then make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refund Process: Customers will be notified upon receipt and inspection of their return. If approved, refunds will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
